Full Description:

White has always been the most demanding colour in the garden. It reveals every detail, rewards perfect form and never relies on intensity to attract attention. Pierre Arditi embraces that challenge completely, proving that elegance can be every bit as captivating as brilliance. Its luminous flowers bring a calm, refined beauty that naturally becomes the centre of attention.

Named after the celebrated French actor Pierre Arditi, this exceptional Meilland creation reflects the qualities often associated with great stage performances: presence, refinement and the ability to leave a lasting impression without unnecessary extravagance. Every flowering feels perfectly composed, allowing simplicity itself to become unforgettable.

The large, deeply cupped blooms measure approximately 13 to 14 cm across and contain around 100 beautifully arranged petals. Their immaculate white colour remains fresh and luminous throughout flowering, while the exceptionally rich fragrance reveals delicious notes of peaches, pears and exotic fruits. Few white roses combine such visual purity with such remarkable perfume.

Pierre Arditi flowers repeatedly from May until the first frost, producing elegant blooms on long stems that are ideal for cutting. Once placed in a vase, the flowers remain attractive for approximately 7 to 10 days, bringing their refined beauty and luxurious fragrance indoors.

Healthy dark green foliage provides a striking contrast to the pure white flowers while contributing to the plant's excellent resistance to diseases and frost. This combination of beauty and reliability has earned Pierre Arditi numerous international distinctions, including Gold Medals in Buenos Aires, Le Roeulx and Rome, together with Fragrance Awards in both Rome and Le Roeulx.

Pierre Arditi is more than a white rose. It is a reminder that true elegance is often expressed through restraint, where flawless form, exceptional fragrance and enduring garden performance come together to create something timeless.
