Famous Roses Delivery and Shipping
For every order, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days during the delivery season. We will contact you to confirm delivery details, so everything is simple and smooth.

Depending on the season, our roses are delivered either bare root or potted. Delivery is made by courier.
Packaging
All roses are packed to maintain humidity and protect the roots during transport. Each parcel also includes simple planting and care instructions.
Delivery timing
During the delivery season, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. You will receive notifications when your order is prepared and when it is shipped.
Bare root and potted roses
Depending on the season, we deliver roses either bare root or in pots. This helps ensure the plants arrive in good condition and are suitable for planting.
Bare root delivery periods
Bare root roses are delivered in two main periods each year, from late October to late November, and from March to early April. If you place an order in December, January, or February, we will ship it in March.
Potted roses delivery periods
Potted roses are delivered during the warm season, typically from April to October.
What is normal when you receive a bare root rose
Bare root roses are delivered without leaves and may look dormant. This is normal. The roots are protected and kept humid in the packaging.
What to do when your parcel arrives
Open the parcel and check your items. Follow the planting and care instructions included in the package. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you with simple recommendations.
If there is an issue with delivery
If you notice any problem on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and include a few photos. We will check promptly and propose the best solution.

Potted roses delivery charges are € 10.00 higher than bare root roses.
Delivery is available to mainland destinations only. Please contact us for islands.
