We deliver roses to Austria in 3 working days from dispatch during the delivery season. Your roses arrive by courier, carefully packed and ready for planting.

Potted roses travel with their pot and soil. This extra weight adds to the delivery cost.
When we dispatch your roses
Bare root roses are dispatched during the autumn and spring delivery seasons. Potted roses are dispatched during the warmer months.
If you order outside the shipping season for your chosen roses, we will dispatch your order when the next season begins. The delivery time of 3 working days is counted from dispatch.
We will notify you when your order is being prepared and when it has been dispatched.
Carefully packed for the journey
Our packaging protects the roots and helps retain moisture during transport. Planting and care instructions are included with your roses.
Bare root roses arrive without leaves because they are dormant. This is normal.
When your roses arrive
Open your parcel, check your roses and follow the planting instructions provided.
If anything is wrong, contact us promptly with a few photos. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
