Our roses are living plants. That’s why we deliver them only during the appropriate planting seasons. We carefully package every order to ensure your roses arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Seasons

Depending on the season, we deliver roses as bare-root (without soil) or potted plants.

  • Bare-root roses:
    • Autumn: late October – late November
    • Spring: March – early April
  • Potted roses: delivered during April – July.

If you place an order for bare-root roses during December – February, delivery will be scheduled for the spring season.

Packaging

All roses are carefully packaged to maintain proper humidity and protect the roots during transport. Each package includes planting and care instructions, which are also available on our website.

Delivery Process

  • Delivery is made via courier in optimal conditions.
  • Shipping time is typically 5–10 days, depending on the destination.
  • After placing your order, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a convenient delivery date.
  • We always coordinate delivery timing to ensure the best conditions for your plants.

Upon delivery: quick check (recommended)

If the box looks severely damaged

If the package is severely damaged (crushed, torn, wet, soil leaking — especially for potted roses), we recommend that you refuse the parcel and send us a photo immediately. If you accept it, please keep the packaging and take photos before opening.

Open the parcel and check the products and labels.

Take 2–3 photos (box + inside + plants + labels).

If there is a real issue, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.

Transport damage (covered by us)

If the roses arrive damaged due to transport, we offer replacement and/or refund for the affected items, at our expense (including shipping), based on photos sent within 24 hours of delivery.

Minor imperfections (e.g. a slightly bent or broken branch) are not considered a reason for replacement or refund. In such cases, we will guide you, and the guarantee remains valid if a real issue appears later.
