Refund, Return and Replacement of Products
We guarantee that all our roses are of the highest quality and if planted properly have a 100% germination rate.
1. General Conditions:
- If the product does not germinate or does not grow within the warranty period, we will replace it or refund your money.
- If the product requested for replacement is not available in stock, the customer can choose another product of the same value or wait for the restocking of the desired product.
- The replacement will be made with a product of the same value. If the product requested for replacement has a higher price, the customer will pay the price difference.
- Returns and replacements are allowed only once for each initial purchase.
- Purchased products can be returned or replaced within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return or replacement of the product if the return conditions are not met.
2. Return and Replacement Procedure:
- The customer must contact customer service to request the return or replacement of the product.
Please send us the information by email along with the following:
-the label of each rose
-a copy of the order form
-photos of the products in question or the plants returned.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage, and be accompanied by the original packaging and all related accessories.
3. Costs and Shipping:
- The shipping costs for sending the returned product and for delivering the new product will be borne by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product to prevent damage during transport.
4. Steps for Return and Replacement:
- Contact our customer service for detailed instructions on returning or replacing the product.
- After approval of the request, send the product to the address indicated by our customer service.
- After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the return or replacement and send a new product, if applicable.
Note: We will not replace or refund plants that have not been prepared or planted according to our instructions.
