Delivery times and charges
Potted roses cost more to deliver because of their greater weight. For delivery to an island, please contact us before ordering to confirm the options and cost. The times and charges below apply to mainland destinations.

When we dispatch your roses
Bare root roses are dispatched in autumn and spring; potted roses during the warmer months. If you order outside the shipping season for your chosen roses, we will dispatch your order when the next season begins.
We will notify you when your order is being prepared and when it has been dispatched.
Carefully packed for the journey
We pack your roses to protect the roots and retain moisture during transport. Planting and care instructions are included.
Bare root roses arrive without leaves because they are dormant. This is normal.
When your roses arrive
Open your parcel, check your roses and follow the planting instructions. If anything is wrong, contact us promptly with a few photos. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
