When you choose Famous Roses, you choose the Famous Roses high standard.

We select carefully, check every order before it leaves, and stay close with practical guidance after planting.

If something is not right, we will handle it promptly and fairly.

What the Famous Roses Guarantee covers

1. Condition on arrival
If any roses are damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours. Please keep the packaging and contents so we can assess the situation quickly. To help us solve it faster, please send two photos: one of the plant and one of the label.

2. Growth guarantee
If your roses arrive in good condition but fail to grow, we will offer a fair solution. We can replace the roses free of charge, excluding delivery costs. If you prefer not to cover the delivery costs for a replacement, we can also offer a refund.

3. Variety and authenticity guarantee
Every plant is a genuine product and comes with the breeder label, certifying authenticity and variety. If a rose does not grow into the expected variety, we will replace it free of charge.

4. Exceptional quality guarantee
We work with trusted suppliers and perform our own checks to meet the Famous Roses high standard. This means you receive healthy, well-developed plants, with sound grafts and roots.

What the guarantee excludes

The guarantee does not cover issues caused by external factors unrelated to the intrinsic quality of the rose. This includes extreme weather, incorrect planting, incorrect use of fertilisers or pesticides, and negligence.

For example, prolonged severe frost without protection can damage roses. Overwatering or flooding can lead to root rot. During hot periods, plants can dry out if not watered correctly.

Guarantee period

The Growth and Variety Guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date you receive your order.

What should I do if my rose arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours and send photos of the plant and label, keeping the packaging and contents until we assess the case.

What happens if my rose does not grow?
