Love. Let’s take a test on this word. When you think about love what flower comes to mind? A rose - precisely! There are also those who find deep meaning in the colour of a rose. If it’s bright red then it means passionate love, if it’s pink it’s something else and so on. We think that roses, no matter the colour, show the same sincere love to all who smell their perfume.

This is what all roses breeders also believe: the thousands of nuances love can be shown through. This is how there come to be new creations of shapes or colours that share feelings. That’s how Andre Le Notre, another successful creation of Meilland Richardier, also came to be. It combines the rich flowering, great resistance to diseases, a strong fragrance of rose and fruit and a pale pink colour.

It was no surprise when Andre Le Notre won Gold Medals in Rome and Courtrai, as well as the Fragrance Prize in Geneva, Madrid, Monza and Barcelona. The flowers of this gorgeous rose have 60-65 petals and measure about 12 cm. It is a spectacular rose with repeated flowerings during the season, from May to late autumn. It can reach 3m in height.
