Bare-root roses are lifted only after they enter dormancy and the shoots have fully matured and hardened. Lifting them too early can stress the plants and leave young growth insufficiently mature.
We do not force the season simply to ship earlier. We wait for the right point in the plant’s natural cycle, so you receive a strong, well-matured rose ready for planting and the season ahead.

La Rose des 4 Vents is one of those roses that seems to carry a little mystery with it. Created by Delbard, it offers far more than beautiful flowers. It has a presence that gradually reveals itself, becoming more appreciated with every flowering season.
The flowers open in a deep carmine red and can reach around 15 cm in diameter. Their rich colour and very full form give the plant a strong, romantic presence that works equally well in traditional rose gardens and more contemporary planting schemes.
