Replace and Refund Policy
We guarantee you that all our roses are of the finest quality and if planted properly, they should be 100% established.
If a product is not established or does not grow during its guaranteed period, we will replace or refund it. Notice of failure should be mailed to us together with the following:
-the rose label
-copy of the order receipt
-photos of the product(s) concerned or returned plants
Please note that a product can only be replaced by another one of the same variety.
We will not replace or refund plants that were not prepares and planted according to our instructions.
