Bare-root roses are lifted only after they enter dormancy and the shoots have fully matured and hardened. Lifting them too early can stress the plants and leave young growth insufficiently mature.
We do not force the season simply to ship earlier. We wait for the right point in the plant’s natural cycle, so you receive a strong, well-matured rose ready for planting and the season ahead.
What about colder regions and winter frost?

Su pedido se realizó un sábado y se envió a primera hora del lunes, el plazo de entrega más temprano posible, ya que las empresas de mensajería no trabajan los fines de semana. Lamentablemente, aunque entregamos el paquete puntualmente, la empresa de mensajería no lo entregó sin dar una explicación clara. Este tipo de problemas son extremadamente raros (afectan a menos del 1 % de nuestros envíos), pero entendemos perfectamente lo frustrante que resulta para usted ser parte de ese 1 %.
Tras semanas de retrasos y gestiones, finalmente nos devolvieron el paquete y, en cuanto lo recibimos, emitimos un reembolso completo.
También queremos disculparnos por la falta de actualizaciones durante este proceso. Si bien la entrega en sí escapaba a nuestro control, asumimos toda la responsabilidad por no haber comunicado de forma más proactiva durante la demora.

Rosas famosas
Las cuatro rosas que pedí estaban muy bien empaquetadas. El envío con DPD estuvo bien, aunque preferiría DHL por su mejor servicio de entrega en Alemania. De todas formas, recibí las plantas y tenían un aspecto muy saludable. Sin duda, recomiendo esta página web.
A pesar del transporte, la planta llegó en perfecto estado, tiene raíces fuertes y es bastante grande. La planté y se ve muy bien. ¡Estoy deseando que florezca!

This is the worst online experience I have ever had. Poor communication, delays in despatch and the roses never arrived. I was not kept up to date. Eventually I was given a refund after weeks of trying. I would avoid like the plague.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing. We completely understand your frustration, especially when things don’t go as expected.
Your order was placed on a Saturday and was dispatched first thing on Monday — the earliest possible shipping time, as couriers do not operate over the weekend. Unfortunately, although we handed the parcel over promptly, the courier company failed to deliver it without providing a clear reason. These types of issues are extremely rare — affecting less than 1% of our shipments — but we fully recognize how frustrating it is when you happen to be in that 1%.
After weeks of delays and follow-ups, the package was finally returned to us, and we issued a full refund immediately upon its arrival.
We also want to apologize for the lack of updates during this process. While the delivery itself was out of our control, we take full responsibility for not communicating more proactively during the delay.

The four roses that I have ordered were definitely well packed. The Shipping with DPD was ok, I would prefer DHL for the better delivery service in Germany. But I got the plants anyway and they looked very healthy. I Would surely recommand this website.
Despite the transportation, the plant arrived looking great, it has strong roots and it is quite big. I planted it and it looks fine. I can barely wait for it to flower.
It arrived in good condition. I hope it will be ok.
