Famous Roses annab paljasjuursetele roosidele 6-kuulise kasvamamineku garantii.

Full description:
Long before Orangerie® became the name of a rose, an orangerie was a place created to celebrate beauty, light and rare treasures. It is a fitting name for a variety whose glowing orange flowers bring warmth and vitality to the garden from spring until autumn.
Created by W. Kordes' Söhne and introduced in 2016, Orangerie® belongs to the Fairytale Roses® collection. Its bright orange flowers have a romantic, nostalgic form: very double blooms with closely layered petals, carried in clusters and measuring approximately 7–8 cm across.
The colour is one of its greatest strengths. Orangerie® keeps its vivid orange glow even in full sun, allowing the plant to remain expressive, cheerful and full of presence throughout the season. In borders, mixed plantings or decorative pots, it brings the feeling of cultivated garden elegance without becoming difficult to care for.
At Famous Roses, we appreciate Orangerie® because it gives gardeners both beauty and reassurance. It is not only visually striking, but also healthy, uniform and dependable, making it a strong choice for anyone who wants colour with confidence.
Kordes rates Orangerie® as having excellent disease resistance and particularly healthy foliage. It received the recognised ADR distinction in 2016 after assessment for garden performance and health. This is reassuring evidence of its quality, although sensible spacing and regular care still matter.
In Kordes' growing conditions, Orangerie® is approximately 80 cm high and 50 cm wide. It may grow larger in other soils and climates, as rose-trial observations show. With upright, compact growth, repeat flowering and colourful clusters, it brings a warm and lively presence to borders, patios and containers.

Frequently asked questions:

Will the flower colour fade in strong sunlight?
No. Orangerie® is known for keeping its vivid orange colour well, even in sunny positions.
Can Orangerie® be grown in a container?
Yes. Its compact and uniform growth habit makes it particularly suitable for pots, terraces and patios.
What does Orangerie®'s ADR distinction mean?
The ADR distinction recognises roses with strong health and garden performance in rigorous German trials. Orangerie® received the distinction in 2016. It does not mean that a rose is immune to disease.
