Bare-root roses are lifted only after they enter dormancy and the shoots have fully matured and hardened. Lifting them too early can stress the plants and leave young growth insufficiently mature.

Sweet Drift je ena od novih sort v seriji Drift. Ima izjemno obilno cvetenje in zelo visoko odpornost na bolezni in škodljivce. Priporočljivo je, da to vrtnico sadite ob poteh in robnikih, saj zahteva minimalno nego. Tako kot druge sorte v seriji Drift je treba tudi Sweet Drift obrezati zgodaj spomladi na 10-12 cm, da spodbudimo dobro rast in obilno cvetenje v naslednji sezoni. V zrelosti doseže višino do 45 cm.
