The Generous Gardener is a spectacular English climbing rose bred by David Austin, admired for its delicate flowers, powerful fragrance and ability to transform walls, pergolas and arches into wonderfully romantic garden features.
Its flowers open in a luminous pale pink, soft and refined. As the blooms mature, the petals gradually reveal numerous golden stamens at the centre, creating an elegant effect reminiscent of a water lily. The flowers are medium-sized and are held with a slightly nodding posture, giving the plant a natural and graceful appearance.
